Cream And Punishment by Brianne Ritchie Cordova

This book was such a fun read and I didn’t want it to end! It is full of hysterically awkward moments, witty banter, and swoon worthy scenes with a twist on the typical enemies to lovers trope, where the FMC thinks they are full on enemies and the MMC thinks they are acquaintances/friends😂
I really love how they start their relationship going from “enemies” to neighbors to friends to lovers💕💕
There are such great relationships all through out the book that I love! I feel like the MCs had so much depth and character that made them so so relatable🫶🏼 seeing Dekker work through all the internal emotional roller coasters and the crippling fear of rejection I think really healed something in me!
Also the paintball moment?!? Iykyk🙌🏼🥰

OVERVIEW: Revenge is a dish best served cold.
You’d think, as a baker, Dekker Piper would be able to avoid burning things. Apparently that doesn’t apply to her personal life, which just went up in flames. Moving next door to him is just the icing on the cake.
Max Fuentes. Hunky. Charming. Hates her guts.
Yeah, him. The man whose life she ruined shares a wall with her now. And if that wasn’t punishment enough, she can’t seem to avoid him. It’s only a matter of time before he exacts his revenge and the suspense is killing her.
When he passes on every chance to humiliate her—and she’s given him plenty—she wonders whether she’s misjudged him. And if that’s the case, can the sparks between them possibly lead to something more, or will she crash and burn yet again?
