MY REVIEW: Internal thoughts while reading

• Ok Max has me giggling and kicking me feet with how tongue-tie and scatterbrained he gets around Fea

This was absolutely phenomenalOk 5 is not enough for this book! 6 all the way!!! I am in love this book was impossible to put down and I literally read it one sitting(minus a snack break lol) it is a favorite there were so many moments I loved and was screaming and kicking my feet! Please, please hear me and read this book as soon as you can(just make sure to check the trigger warnings!)

You know those books that are just so good you really don’t want them to end? That how this book was for me! I was so sad it had to end 
Dark Endures is the second book in the Sweet Atonement Series and is an absolutely fantastic addition to it! I definitely recommend reading book 1 before picking up this one as the same characters are shown in both books! 
I fell in love with Maddox and Mindy in this story! Maddox is so caring and I love the morally grey character that he is I was so happy that Mindy got her own book! After meeting her in book 1, I was really hoping she would 
Also I just want to point out how absolutely stunning the book covers of this series are They are so Beautiful

Life’s hard, and that’s just the way it is. So, I’m going to party even harder and pretend for a little while that the world isn’t collapsing in around me. My first job doesn’t pay enough to cover my bills. With a second job walking dogs in the evenings, I just about skimp by. That is, until my landlord decides to up the rent. There’s not enough time in the day for a third job. And there certainly isn’t time for me to moon over the guy I ran into at the best bakery in the world. It’s not that he’s the living embodiment of dangerously sexy. Or that his watch is probably worth more than everything I own. Not to mention he owns the coolest piebald snake that I’ve ever seen. There are way too many souls who rely on me to be cold, cynical, and ruthless when it comes to protecting Willow Street. This place is more than just a neighborhood. It’s my mission in life. Only Mindy makes me forget about everything but her.
Any kind of relationship with Mindy could put her life at risk. That’s something I’m not willing to even consider.

MY REVIEW: This book has left me speechless! It’s a work of art, 10 OUT OF 10!!!
I stayed up till 3 am reading this book. It is impossible, I mean IMPOSSIBLE, to put down!
You have vigilante, mafia vibes(which I love)! He is an extreme protector that truly fits the ‘touch her and die’ trope. The morally grey MMC and sunshine FMC have a perfect balance of grumpy and sunshine and I am absolutely in love with their relationship. The tension?!?! It’s there and it’s amazing!
I also really loved the character development of the MCs and how they learned to navigate their feelings, past and present hurts, and emotions with each other! It was so beautiful.
There is absolutely no part of this book that is boring. It keeps you guessing with the right amount of crime and mystery added to it.
I am seriously so so so excited to read the next book in this series and I can’t wait for it to come out.
