If you are looking for a fluffy read this is not that. It deals with some very heavy subjects(check trigger warnings below) but it is a very beautiful story, with hope and redemption woven all throughout it! Be warned you will probably cry, I know I did.
After finishing this book as a kindle, immediately needed to get a physical copy for my bookshelves🥰
I highly recommend everyone should read this(if you can handle the trigger warnings) as it really is eye opening to seeing God’s hand being over everything in our lives and how He can work everything together for good even when it seems like impossible circumstances.
“If they come fore you, I’ll take them down one by one with my bare hands. Nobody is going to touch my wife.”
“God puts us through trials to test our faith, but He promises to never forsake His children. This trial is to bring you closer to Him, to show that you aren’t alone.”
We can’t understand why these horrible things happen, but we have to trust that God has a plan.”

OVERVIEW: Sometimes you don’t realize what’s truly precious until you’re about to lose it.
Wanted for her abusive husband’s murder, Josie Callahan flees North Carolina with nothing but the clothes on her back and an unborn child she must protect. Her last option is to seek refuge in the Montana Territory, posing as a mail-order bride for a man she’s never met.
Travis Blythe believes he’s ill-suited to properly care for his children, especially when the reason they are motherless looms over him like a dark cloud. When he places an ad for a bride, he expects a mature and capable woman, not a young and mysterious one with no experience raising children.
With only lies binding them, Josie fears trusting Travis, knowing he’d never accept her past or the secret child she carries. Meanwhile, Travis senses Josie’s hiding something, yet the harder he tries to uncover the truth, the more he’s drawn to her—despite his vow to keep his heart out of it. But when a vengeful enemy from Josie’s past emerges from the shadows, they must confront their deepest fears and stand together to protect the innocent lives they hold dear.
